Welcome to the new look BUILD Magazine. We have a stunning array of content, from architecture to construction industry projects, as well as special features on leadership development and interior landscaping.

In recent news, the construction boom and green consciousness in North America have set up the commercial pumps market for robust growth, according to research from Frost & Sullivan. The popularity of green building technologies in the construction and infrastructure sectors has created a vast market for remodels and retrofits. This environment is encouraging the development of advanced pump designs with more electronic features, which augment system integration and system efficiency.

In other significant news, Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd (USS) and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL) have launched a new joint venture (JV) – the ‘Supported Housing Investment Limited Partnership’ (SHIP). The landmark transaction brings together USS, one of the largest pension schemes and real estate investors in the UK, with MSIL’s market-leading expertise in social infrastructure development and investment.

I hope you enjoy reading this edition.
